Who Are We?
Peers for Resilience, Openness, Support, Perspective, Empowerment and Relationships
(PROSPER for short)
is a Yale Graduate and Professional (G&P) student-run organization specializing in teaching skills and strategies for enhancing emotional intelligence, interpersonal management and mental toughness.
We're dedicated to fostering honest, moderated, educational and peer-supportive spaces to help INSPIRE, CONNECT and EMPOWER students to rise to the challenges associated with G&P education.

Activities
Making A Difference

INSPIRE
Speaker and Panel Series
We inspire the community by inviting speakers (from all walks of life) who have accomplished their goals in the face of adversity to discuss their perspective (Psychologists, Politicians, Athletes, CEOs, Military).
CONNECT
Bringing Peers Together for Support
We are building a community of students centered on support and fun group activities (escape rooms, bike runs, basketball tournaments etc.)

EMPOWER
Strategize Together
We empower students to reach their goals by teaching skills and strategies for emotional intelligence, interpersonal management and mental toughness (e.g. how to assert oneself, manage stress, have difficult conversations diplomatically)
